This holiday season, Genesis is giving back to the communities we help build, and we want you to choose where it goes. Visit one of our participating show homes, pick the cause that matters most to you, and Genesis will donate $10 on your behalf. Great communities are built by the people in them, and this is our way of saying thank you. The choice is entirely yours.

Step-by-Step How to Participate

  1. Between November 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026, visit a participating Genesis show home and scan the QR code on display.
  2. Choose a featured cause, or search for any eligible charity by name or charitable registration number.
  3. Complete your selection on the Goodness Giveaway platform while at the show home.
  4. Genesis will donate $10 to your selected charity.

Official Promotion Rules

  1. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, provincial and local laws apply.
  2. No purchase necessary: No purchase is necessary to participate.
  3. Sponsor: This promotion is sponsored by Genesis Builders Group Inc. 333 96 Ave NE #6240. Donations are made by Goodness Giveaway’s foundation partner, Canadian Online Giving Foundation.
  4. How to enter: Visit a participating Genesis show home, scan the QR code on display, and complete the charity selection process on the Goodness Giveaway platform while at the show home. Limit one (1) entry per person across all participating show homes. Any additional entry by the same person, at the same show home or any other, is a duplicate and is void, as are entries generated by script, macro or other automated means, and entries that are illegible, incomplete or contain errors. Normal internet and data charges from your service provider may apply. No other entry method will be accepted. Participants must be located at show homes and scan the QR code in that show home for their donation to be considered eligible.
  5. Donations Available: Up to 500 donations of $10 CAD are available, to a maximum of $5,000 CAD. Once all donations are claimed, no further donations will be made through this entry method. Every valid entry results in a $10 donation to the selected charity until all donations are claimed. $10 will be donated in the charity’s local currency (CAD). The Sponsor may increase the number of donations available at its discretion.
  6. Sponsor Discretion: The Sponsor may edit, modify or remove an entry and may disqualify an entrant at its discretion.
  7. Promotion Period: The promotion begins November 1, 2026 and ends December 31, 2026 at the close of the last show home (the “Promotion Period”). No entries will be accepted after this time. The Sponsor may extend or cancel the promotion at its discretion.
  8. Eligible Charities: Only charities registered with the Canada Revenue Agency and in good standing are eligible to receive funds.
  9. Charity Support Fee: A charity support fee of 7.8% will be reduced from the donation amount. This fee is to facilitate the disbursement of funds, and issue tax receipts.   10. Disbursement: Goodness Giveaway operates on a monthly donation disbursement cycle. Donations will be processed and disbursed to the selected charity in February or March 2027.
  11. Designation: Donations will not be subject to donor designation. This means the charity will be able to allocate the funds where it determines that it is needed most, and not to a specific project, event or initiative.
  12. Tax Receipts: A tax receipt will be provided to the individual or company providing the funds. In this case, Genesis Builders Group Inc. Participants will not receive a tax receipt.
  13. Your Information: Your name and email are collected to complete your entry. Your information will be shared only with Genesis and Goodness Giveaway. With your consent, Genesis may contact you about homes and communities. You may withdraw your consent at any time.   14. Release: By participating, entrant agrees to release Sponsor, Goodness Giveaway and its affiliates and foundation partners and its and their directors, officers and employees from any claims or liability arising from participation in the Promotion.
